**Role Overview**

As an Event Conceptualizer, you will be responsible for developing creative and strategic event concepts that align with client objectives. You will work closely with clients, designers and other stakeholders to craft unique event experiences. Your expertise in event strategy, copywriting, and storytelling will be key to delivering impactful solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Concept Development**: Ideate and design innovative event concepts and strategies tailored to client goals and target audiences.
- **Copywriting & Storytelling**: Write compelling event narratives, scripts, taglines, and promotional content to bring the concept to life.
- **Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with the strategy team to create event proposals, presentations, and detailed briefs that highlight the creative vision.
- **Client Collaboration**: Understand client requirements and translate their vision into creative concepts and event experiences.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Work with design to ensure seamless execution of the event concept.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative formats to incorporate into event strategies.
- **Budget & Timeline Management**: Align creative ideas with budgets and timelines to ensure practical execution without compromising quality.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Advertising, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in event strategy, concept creation, and copywriting.
- Strong storytelling and creative writing skills.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to brainstorm and ideate in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in creating detailed event proposals and pitch decks.
- Knowledge of the Delhi event industry and its cultural landscape is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a bonus.
