Conceptualize and create 3D visualizations that bring event ideas to life, helping clients and team members envision the final setup.

3D Modeling and Rendering:
Develop detailed 3D models of event spaces, stages, props, and installations.

Utilize rendering software to create realistic images and walkthroughs that showcase the design elements.

Theme Integration:
Ensure that 3D designs align with the chosen event theme and client preferences.

Coordinate with the overall event design team to integrate 3D elements seamlessly into the broader event concept.

Material and Texture Mapping:
Select appropriate textures and materials to enhance the realism of 3D models.

Pay attention to detail in mapping surfaces to achieve the desired look and feel.

Collaboration with Event Team:
Work closely with other members of the event management team, including decorators, planners, and coordinators.

Provide insights and suggestions for design enhancements that align with both creative and logístical aspects of the event.

Client Presentations:
Prepare and present 3D renderings to clients during the planning phase.
