As a Voice and Accent Sales Coach, you will play an important role in ensuring the excellence of our sales representatives' communication skills. Your goal will be to empower our sales team with the necessary skills to effectively communicate with a wide range of customers, driving sales and attaining positive customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Listening to the live calls and identifying the training needs.
- Designing modules focused on accent neutralization, pronunciation, intonation, and effective communication techniques.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for sales representatives, both individually and in groups.
- Provide regular feedback and constructive criticism to sales representatives on their voice and accent performance.
- Conduct assessments to measure progress and identify areas for improvement, offering personalized coaching and guidance accordingly.
- Create training materials, resources, and tools to support ongoing learning and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales managers and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to voice and accent training.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Linguistics, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience in voice and accent training, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Strong understanding of phonetics, phonology, and speech patterns, with the ability to effectively teach accent neutralization techniques.
- Proficiency in using multimedia tools and technologies for training purposes.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
