Static Security Guard

We are looking for a **smart, alert, and proactive Security Guard** to join our team. Your main duty is to ensure the safety of people, property, and information by being the **first line of defense** at our premises. This is more than just a watchman's job — it's about **creating a safe, professional environment** where everything runs smoothly.

**Your Role Will Include**:

- Keeping a **close eye on entry and exit points** - people, vehicles, and deliveries
- Doing **routine patrols** around the building, including parking areas, storage rooms, and back entrances
- Checking ID cards, maintaining visitor logs, and issuing visitor passes
- **Monitoring CCTV cameras** and reporting suspicious activity
- Responding to emergencies - whether it's a fire alarm, first-aid situation, or unauthorized person
- Acting as a **point of contact** during off-hours or when management is not available
- Preparing **shift reports** and maintaining security records

**We’re Looking For Someone Who**:

- Is **alert, disciplined, and calm under pressure**:

- Knows basic security protocols (or is willing to learn quickly)
- Can use a **walkie-talkie**, mobile phone, or basic surveillance tech
- Has a neat appearance and polite communication skills
- Can stand or walk for long periods and do physical patrols
- [Optional] Has prior experience in malls, offices, residential complexes, or event security

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum education: 10th/12th pass
- Prior experience as a security guard preferred but not required
- Valid security license (if applicable)
- Basic training in fire safety or first aid is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
