**Hotel and Banquet Sales and Marketing Executive**

**Sales Responsibilities**:
1. **Room Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Develop strategies to increase room bookings, targeting both individual travelers and group reservations.
- Identify corporate accounts and develop special pricing packages to secure long-term business relationships.

2. **Banquet and Event Sales**:

- Promote banquet and event facilities to clients for weddings, conferences, parties, and corporate events.
- Create customized packages for events, considering client needs, budgets, and hotel services.
- Handle inquiries, schedule site visits, and provide clients with detailed presentations of banquet services and venue options.

3. **Lead Generation and Client Acquisition**:

- Proactively seek new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, attending trade shows, and working with travel agencies.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and wedding planners.

4. **Negotiating Contracts**:

- Negotiate sales contracts, event agreements, and room block arrangements to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations.
- Draft and manage agreements for large-scale events and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled.

5. **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and accounts.
- Follow up on inquiries and reservations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure positive experiences.

## **Marketing Responsibilities**:
1. **Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the hotel’s services, including rooms, banquets, dining, and events.

2. **Event Promotion**:

- Promote special events like holiday parties, corporate retreats, and wedding showcases to drive interest in the hotel and banquet services.
- Collaborate with event planners and organizers to market the hotel as an ideal venue.

3. **Digital Marketing and Online Presence**:

- Manage the hotel’s website and social media platforms, ensuring that all content is up-to-date and relevant.
- Optimize online presence through search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and third-party booking sites.
- Monitor customer reviews and respond promptly to both positive and negative feedback on platforms like TripAdvisor, Google, etc.

4. **Market Research**:

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, understand customer preferences, and benchmark competitors’ offerings.
- Use research insights to refine sales and marketing strategies and to develop competitive pricing packages.

5. **Brand Management**:

- Ensure the hotel’s branding is consistent across all marketing materials and communications.
- Position the hotel as a premium choice for events, accommodation, and dining through high-quality marketing content and branding efforts.

6. **Collaborating with Sales Teams**:

- Work closely with sales teams, banquet staff, and other departments to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Provide marketing support to the operations team for events and ensure all promotional promises are met during execution.

## **Additional Responsibilities**:

- **Event Coordination**: Liaise with the banquet operations team to ensure smooth event execution, from setup to teardown.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee and manage the marketing and sales budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies are used.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on sales performance, occupancy rates, event bookings, and marketing campaign results.
- **Client Retention and Upselling**: Foster repeat business by offering additional services like catering, AV equipment, or post-event accommodations to clients.

This role demands a mix of creative marketing strategies and proactive sales approaches to boost the hotel’s occupancy and event bookings, while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,820.55 per month
