The ideal candidates will have strong connections within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry and a proven track record in bio-medical waste or pharmaceutical sales.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and connect with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare facilities in the assigned region.- Explain the importance and process of proper bio-medical waste handling and disposal.- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors and healthcare decision-makers.- Negotiate and finalize service agreements and contracts.- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase outreach.- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Requirements:- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the bio-medical waste or pharmaceutical sector.- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.- Knowledge of Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 preferred.Benefits:- Competitive salary and attractive performance-based incentives.- Opportunity to represent the leading environmental service provider.- Career growth in a professional and sustainability-driven organization.
