What skill sets are we looking for?

J1219 - Manage overall supply chain planning and execution of the PAI business (all products) including vendor development and management, quality management, inbound and outbound logistics, steel sourcing, inventory, and delivery management

**Your Roles and Responsibilities**

Managing the entire supply chain functionalities of the business. Driving business strategy especially with respect to supply chain & logistics
- Participating in annual strategy planning and budgeting processing and driving initiatives towards growth and profitability of the business
- Managing sourcing of raw materials at competitive prices
- Responsible for overall delivery of orders right from delivery planning to execution
- Managing inventory and ensuring optimal levels of working capital
- Supervising production planning and operations to ensure quality and delivery as per schedule
- Assessing and enhancing quality of vendors, in terms of capacity, capability, performance and safety standards
- Project Execution Planning. Evaluate the costs of processing, transportation, services, and inventory within budget. Assess capability & capacity and decide on method of execution.
- Project Logistics Planning. Evaluate the costs of transportation, services, and inventory within budget.
- Dispatch planning, scheduling, delivery confirmation and tracking
- Managing local and international transportation including chartering operations and documentation
- Ensuring statutory compliances in line with local requirements
- Publishing reports/MIS as required for business reviews
- Establishing performance standards for the department and ensuring continuous review
- Ensuring safety of operations at all stages in the supply chain process
