Miracle Software Systems Inc.Requirement Details : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply ChainExp Level : 3 years of experienceLocation : Timings : 6:00PM IST to 3:00AM IST (Night Shift)Skills : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM)Key Responsibilities :- Act as Tier 2 escalation for D365 F&SCM support issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical problems within Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Production, and Supply Chain modules.- Collaborate with business users to understand issues, replicate errors, and document findings.- Coordinate with internal IT and external partners (Microsoft, VARs, or consultants) for issue resolution or escalations (Tier 3).- Monitor system integrations, data interfaces, and batch jobs, addressing failures or discrepancies.- Contribute to knowledge base documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.- Participate in system upgrades, regression testing, and business process improvements.- Identify recurring issues and recommend proactive solutions or automation opportunities.Required :- 2+ years of experience supporting or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.- Strong understanding of core functional areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement, Inventory, and Production.- Experience troubleshooting integrations (e.g., Power Platform, Data Management Framework, APIs).- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
