**Job Title: MLT Faculty**

**Location: GD Goenka Healthcare Academy**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver theoretical and practical lessons in Medical Lab Technology to undergraduate and diploma students.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in techniques and integrate new information into the curriculum.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practical sessions in labs.
- Encourage student engagement through interactive discussions, case studies, and problem solving exercises.
- Guide and mentor students in their academic and professional development
- Supervise student projects and practical training sessions
- Evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, practical evaluations, and continuous assessments.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (BMLT/MMLT) or relevant degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical or teaching experience.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Proficiency in handling laboratory equipment.
- Strong organizational and mentorship skills.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and student focused educational environment.
