**Account to Report (A2R)**

Account to Report (A2R) encompasses the financial and accounting processes that provide a comprehensive view of the hospital's financial health. This includes:
1. General Ledger (GL) Management:

- Maintaining and updating the GL.
- Ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Reconciling accounts regularly.

2. Financial Reporting:

- Preparing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Producing internal management reports for decision-making.

3. Period-End Closing:

- Managing monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
- Adjusting entries and accruals.
- Ensuring all accounts are balanced and discrepancies are resolved.

4. Compliance and Audits:

- Ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating with internal and external auditors.

5. Fixed Assets Accounting:

- Tracking and managing hospital assets.
- Depreciation calculations and reporting.

6. Variance Analysis:

- Analyzing differences between actual and budgeted financial performance.
- Reporting on reasons for variances and recommending corrective actions.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and healthcare regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems like SAP, Oracle).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills for working with various stakeholders.

**Tools**:

- Accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Revenue cycle management software (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
- Data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Compliance tools for regulatory reporting.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
