**Role Overview**

We are looking for a talented and creative **UI/UX Designer** to join our in-house design team. You will be working closely with developers, project managers, and product owners to create engaging, functional, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

**Responsibilities**
- Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for websites, web apps, and mobile apps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement intuitive user journeys.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Follow and contribute to internal design systems and UI libraries.
- Translate business requirements and user feedback into design improvements.
- Ensure consistency and quality of visual elements across platforms and devices.

- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar).
- Solid understanding of **UI/UX principles**, **design thinking**, **accessibility**, and **user research methods**.
- Ability to work with and contribute to **design systems**.
- Strong **visual design skills**, attention to detail, and a good eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- A strong design portfolio demonstrating past work and thinking process.

**Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)**
- Knowledge of motion design/interaction design.
- Experience with user testing or feedback analysis.
- Familiarity with agile product development processes.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Notion, Zeplin, or Jira.
