Job Title: Social Media Intern

**Job Description**:
As a Social Media Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the social media team in creating and executing effective social media strategies to promote our brand and engage with our target audience. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing various social media platforms and contribute to the overall growth and success of our online presence.

**Responsibilities**:
Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including but not limited to written posts, images, videos, and infographics.
Social Media Management: Monitor and maintain our social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Regularly update profiles, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build meaningful relationships.
Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the social media team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. Research industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing future content and strategies.
Community Management: Foster a positive and interactive online community by actively participating in relevant discussions, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and escalating issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Research and Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, features, and best practices. Conduct research on industry-related topics to generate new ideas and innovative approaches to social media content.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer support, to coordinate social media campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining a deep understanding of our products, services, and brand values. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner in all online interactions.
**Requirements**:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (or recently graduated).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
Familiarity with various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
