- Oversee laboratory testing for product properties such as viscosity, adhesion, and drying time.

- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to address technical challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in paint technologies.

**ualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in paint formulation or coatings industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety protocols.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
