Job Description: Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective and professional communication.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments for resolution.
- Support process improvements for enhancing customer service experience.

**Required Skills**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools and customer service systems.
- Ability to manage challenging situations with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
