**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Optimization (SMO)**:

- Handle and maintain social media accounts with a structured content calendar.
- Ensure consistent engagement and growth across multiple social media platforms.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation
- **Social Media Marketing (SMM) & Pay-Per-Click (PPC)**:

- Assist in planning and executing SMM strategies, particularly Meta ads.
- Support PPC campaigns, primarily on Google Ads.
- Practical experience in SMM and PPC.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Utilize Google Analytics, Search Console, MS Clarity, and other tools to track and report on performance.
- **Content Development**:

- Draft engaging content ideas for social media posts, ads, and captions that resonate with the target audience.
- **Creative Design**:

- Create basic visual content using Canva or similar tools to support at times.
- **Creativity & Strategy**:

- Bring fresh, innovative ideas for social media campaigns and ads to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversion.
- **Project Management**:

- Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- **Photography/Videography**:

- A good hand in photography and videography would be a plus.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and techniques.
- Strong expertise in SMO with practical experience in social media management.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SMM and PPC campaigns, especially on Meta and Google platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and MS Clarity.
- Ability to develop engaging content ideas
- Proficiency in Canva or similar tools for basic graphic design.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
