**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled ERP Operator with over 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. As an ERP Operator, you will play a crucial role in managing, monitoring, and maintaining our ERP system to ensure smooth operations across various business functions. **Key Responsibilities**
- Operate, monitor, and maintain the ERP system to ensure seamless day-to-day business operations.
- Enter, update, and validate data across modules such as inventory, finance, HR, and procurement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ERP system, escalating to technical teams as necessary.
- Generate and distribute reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to align ERP functionalities with business requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the ERP system.
- Conduct periodic system audits to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
- Provide end-user support and training for ERP functionalities.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with ERP systems in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of business processes such as inventory management, accounting, or HR.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certification in ERP software or related tools is a plus.
- Experience with SQL or other database management systems.
- Knowledge of advanced reporting and data visualization tools.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced industry such as manufacturing, retail, or logistics.
