**Job Title**: Telecalling Executive **(Male) - Hindi Speaker**

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking empathetic and professional **Telecalling Executive** to assist customers with our services, focusing on male sexual healthcare.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide service details and support.
- Guide customers on doctor appointment, order placement, and issue resolution.
- Use **Zoho CRM** to manage customer data, track interactions, and update records.
- Address queries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure confidentiality while discussing sensitive topics.
- Manage live chat process with customers and their queries, doubts, issues.

**Requirements**:

- Must have completed Graduation, prior telecalling experience is plus.
- Proficiency in **Zoho CRM** or similar platforms will be preffered.
- Strong communication skills in **Hindi**.
- Personal laptop is required.
- Professional, empathetic, and discreet approach to customer interactions.

**Eligibility**:

- **Hindi** Speaking is mandatory for customer interaction purpose.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
