Roles and responsibilities
- Assist in the conceptualization, development, and execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad copies, visuals, and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Support the monitoring and analysis of advertising campaign performance, providing insights for optimization and improvement.
- Contribute to the management of advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing return on investment.
- Assist in coordinating with external vendors and agencies for ad placements, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for advertising initiatives and promotions.
- Support the creation and updating of advertising materials, including banners, social media ads, and landing pages.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in advertising to propose new strategies and tactics for Phooldaan's campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advertising efforts seamlessly with other marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong creative and analytical skills, with a passion for advertising and marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Previous internship experience in advertising, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
