We are seeking a talented and experienced (2-3 years) Video Producer to join our team. As a Video Producer, you will be responsible for creating compelling short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, as well as long-form videos for YouTube.**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualise and develop creative ideas for short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Script and storyboard video concepts and collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment with brand and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of video production, including scheduling, location scouting, filming, and post-production.
- Edit and finalise videos to meet project specifications, including audio and colour grading.
- Manage the post-production process, including audio mixing, visual effects, and sound design.
- Ensure all videos are produced within budget and delivered on time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in video production and multimedia work.
- Experience in creating short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and video trends.
