
Telesales Executive

**Introduction**

That is why we are seeking a highly skilled telesales executive. By bridging the gap between the customers and the company, the work of a telesales executive involves having telephonic conversations with the customers, while hitting the sales targets of the company. Going the extra mile for the customer is a vital part of the role of the telesales executive. With an in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings, the ideal telesales executive works towards building a strong relationship with customers, by making telephonic sales.
**Objectives of this role**
- Gain a deep understanding of the company’s services and find gaps in the customer’s lives wherein the company’s services fit
- Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the telesales executive skills such as listening, empathy and problem-solving
- Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support as a telemarketing executive
**Responsibilities**
- Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
- Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
- Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role
- Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
- Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive
**Required skills and qualifications**
- 12th Pass/Graduation
- Prior experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar role
- Fluency in English
- Adept knowledge of working with MS Office and Google Sheets
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- Proven record of meeting sales targets
- Outstanding negotiation and time management skills
