**About Us**:
At our company, we are dedicated to using microalgae as a nature-based solution to capture atmospheric carbon. Our main concept is removing pollutants from rivers using native microalgae. In this process, microalgae perform photosynthesis and sequester CO2.

**Responsibilities**:

- Grow participants for our campaign Diatoms for a cooler Tomorrow.
- Expand to relevant universities in the South Asia region.
- Expand internationally to colleges in Canada, Germany, France
- Produce viral content with the help of our Production team and microalgae scientists in 10 to 15 seconds formats (e.g. Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts)
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from Top Tier colleges in India
- Previous experience in startups, business development, marketing, or related roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of projects and tasks.
