**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Identify and research potential business opportunities across various industries that require IT solutions (software, cloud services, infrastructure, consulting, etc.).
- Attend industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to generate leads and understand market trends.
- **Sales Presentations & Demos**:

- Present IT solutions and services to prospective clients in an engaging and informative manner.
- Demonstrate how our IT solutions can meet client needs, addressing their specific business challenges.
- Tailor presentations and demonstrations based on client requirements to showcase the value of our solutions.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their evolving IT needs.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business retention.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding project milestones, timelines, and service updates.
- **Proposal Creation & Negotiation**:

- Work with the technical team to create tailored proposals and quotes for IT solutions based on client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals and ensure profitability for both the client and company.
- Prepare sales contracts, manage contract renewals, and ensure the timely execution of all contractual obligations.
- **Sales Target & Revenue Generation**:

- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities by tracking and analyzing industry trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- **Market Research & Trend Analysis**:

- Continuously stay up to date with the latest IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify key differentiators and enhance sales strategies.
- Advise management on market trends and areas of potential growth.
- **Sales Reporting & CRM Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions with potential clients using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights on pipeline performance, lead conversion, and overall sales trends.
- Regularly report progress against sales targets and highlight challenges or opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

- Day shift
