We are currently Hiring for Field Sales officers who have excellent & fluent English Communication.

**Marketing & Sales Freshers** with Good Communication skills can kick start their Journey with us.

Must have a Pleasing Personality with Confident attitude.

Must be Presentable and good in negotiation skills.

Must be Convincing in terms of Lead Conversion.

**Must be a localite from Lucknow.**
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:Identifying and connecting with potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate new sales opportunities.
- **Sales & Negotiation**:Presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing sales to meet revenue targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Analysis**:Researching market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- **Sales Strategy & Planning**:Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company objectives and sales goals.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:Tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records using CRM software, and analyzing data to provide insights and forecasts for improvement.
- **Product Knowledge**:Developing an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to effectively address customer questions and needs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
