Amoda Studio is a holistic wellness space where **yoga meets functionality and healing.** We cater to two kinds of clientele:
**Older adults (40+)** dealing with: Knee pain, slip disc, posture issues. Need for gentle, restorative practices**.**

**Younger adults** looking to: Lose weight, build stamina, Sweat it out safely through yoga-inspired movement + strength training

We believe in **personalized sessions**, small group batches, and using modern **yoga props and strength tools** to help each client thrive.

**Your Role**:
As a full-time yoga trainer, you will:

- Conduct **customized yoga classes** based on the batch:

- **Therapeutic yoga** for seniors
- **Weight-loss & active yoga** for youngsters
- Lead both **slow restorative flows** and **high-energy strength-building sessions**:

- Integrate props into sessions like:

- **Yoga bricks, straps, bolsters, weighted blankets, knee pads, chairs**:

- **Resistance bands, dumbbells (1-3kg), ankle/wrist weights, yoga wheels**:

- Support with **core strengthening, flexibility, and stamina building**:

- Be hands-on with clients' needs and progress tracking
- Certified from a reputed yoga school (minimum 200 hours)
- Able to confidently lead **both restorative and dynamic sessions**:

- Comfortable guiding light **strength workouts** using yoga tools and dumbbells
- Open to teaching **morning and evening sessions**:

- Compassionate, communicative, and professional in approach

**Preferred Background**:

- Trained at **Bihar School of Yoga, SVYASA, Kaivalyadhama**, or other respected institutes
- Experience with **Yoga Nidra, Pranayama**, and **therapeutic sequencing**:

- Understanding of **functional anatomy** and safe progression for all age groups
