**Key Responsibilities**:

- Installation and configuration of PCs, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshooting hardware and network-related issues.
- Setting up and maintaining LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Providing on-site and remote support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in hardware and networking support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking (IP configuration, routers, switches).
- Experience in CCTV setup and maintenance is a must. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Diploma or certification in Computer Hardware, Networking, or a related field.
