**Job Description: Hardware and Networking Trainer**

**Location**: Haryana Institute of Information Technology (HIIT)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on hardware and networking concepts, including troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of systems and networks.
- Deliver hands-on practical sessions to strengthen students' technical skills.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design, update, and enhance course content based on industry standards.
- Prepare training materials, labs, and assignments for students.
- **Technical Guidance**:

- Guide students in understanding advanced topics such as LAN/WAN, network security, server management, and virtualization.
- Assist students with their queries and provide technical solutions during training.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and feedback.
- Prepare and evaluate practical and theoretical tests to track performance.
- **Industry Trends**:

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and advancements in hardware and networking.
- Incorporate current trends and tools into the training curriculum.
- **Lab Management**:

- Manage and maintain the hardware lab infrastructure, including devices, networks, and software.
- Ensure the lab is equipped and functional for practical sessions.
- **Support in Placements**:

- Collaborate with the placement team to prepare students for hardware and networking job opportunities.
- Conduct mock interviews and resume-building workshops for students.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience in hardware and networking training or IT support roles.
- Industry certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking protocols, and operating systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
