Since this is a language-based exam, you are to help them enhance their abilities and ensure that the students are able to get their desired band scores. You must ensure that the learners are provided with enough opportunity to develop all four key skills and furnish them with the study materials for the same. Marking and providing feedback intermittently to them along with conducting demos would be a part of your role. Assisting with any other duties that may be assigned to you within the scope of your practice.

**Required Skills**:

- Must be able to do counselling of students.
- should be open to do multitasking.
- Ability to communicate with students of all age groups and social backgrounds.
- Responsible for providing Students with motivation, feedback, and sound study advice as they progress through their studies.
- Plan and deliver a variety of IELTS/PTE lectures and tutorials which focus on the four key skills: listening, speaking, reading writing.
- Teach classes focused on both IELTS/PTE Academic and IELTS General Training tests.
- Conduct and grade IELTS/PTE practice tests.
- Providing tricks to improve performance in the weekly mock tests and ultimately achieving higher scores in the IELTS/PTE exams.
- Assist in conducting placement tests to determine the most suitable classes for students.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide individual feedback to students throughout the course.

**Qualifications**
- Sufficient experience in successfully delivering all four modules of IELTS/PTE
- Excellent proficiency in the English Language in writing and speaking.
- Ability to retain the interest of learners in the class
- Presentable and student-handling skills
- Self-motivated and independent at work
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well in a team and a start-up environment
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and short TATs (turnaround times)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
