Telecalling Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing members to promote club offerings, events, and memberships.

2. Answer inbound calls, addressing member queries, providing information about services, and handling complaints or issues in a professional manner.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, member interactions, and feedback.

4. Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into active members.

5. Assist in scheduling appointments or tours for prospective members and ensure they are familiar with the club's offerings.

6. Conduct surveys or gather feedback from members regarding their satisfaction with services or events.

Public Relations Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the public image of the club, ensuring positive coverage in media outlets.

2. Manage the club's presence on social media platforms and engage with the community to boost brand visibility.

3. Respond to media inquiries, prepare statements, and manage public relations crises if necessary.

4. Foster strong relationships with club members, encouraging positive reviews and testimonials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
