**Position Title**: Videographer & Photographer — Event / Road-Trip (BeastDrive)**Purpose / Objective**

To capture high-quality photos and videos (including candid moments, group shots, scenic drives, event highlights, and — if requested — drone footage) during the drive/event. Deliver edited photos/videos suitable for social media, promotional use, and personal memories.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and organise the shoot in consultation with the event organiser: decide on timing, locations/route, lighting, types of shots (posed, candid, group, action). Upwork+2Expertia+2
- Capture photos — group photos, candid shots, portraits, scenic/road-trip moments. Expertia+1
- Record video content — event coverage, drive footage, highlights, candid video clips, B-roll, possibly interviews or participant reactions (if needed). Upwork+1
- Manage equipment: cameras, lenses, lighting (if required), possibly drones (if aerial shots are planned), audio equipment (if capturing video with sound). hr-jobs.lancs.ac.uk+1
- Post-production: Edit photos, retouch as necessary; edit raw video footage into polished final video(s) (highlight reel, full video, etc.). IIM Bangalore+1
- Deliver final outputs (photos and videos) in agreed format(s) and within agreed timeline. Maintain digital asset library and ensure organized storage. IIM Bangalore+1
- Communicate with event organisers to confirm shot list, coverage times, participant consent (especially if images/videos to be used publicly).

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a photographer and videographer (especially events, outdoor shoots, travel / road-trip / group-event coverage). Upwork+1
- Familiarity with editing software: for photos (e.g. Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop) and videos (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Upwork+1
- Creative eye for capturing storytelling — road-trip vibe, candid emotion, group dynamics, scenic beauty. Expertia+1
- Good communication and collaboration — to coordinate with organisers and participants. IIM Bangalore+1

**Nice-to-Have / Optional Add-ons**
- Drone photography/videography (for aerial/road-views)
- Multi-camera setup (for cinematic coverage)
- Experience with travel / automotive photography — especially useful if BeastDrive involves cars or road-scenes
- Ability to deliver short highlight videos (2-5 min), longer full-event videos, social-media ready clips, and high-resolution photos suitable for print or digital use

**Deliverables** (to be agreed)
- Edited photographs: candid, group, scenic/travel, portraits — in high-resolution digital format
- Edited video footage: highlight reel / recap video; optionally full footage (raw or edited)
- Edited for both web/social media and longer format (if needed)
- Transfer of digital files in agreed format (e.g. via cloud link, hard drive, etc.)

**Logistics / Work Conditions**
- Dates and times as per event schedule — may include early morning / late evening / travel / long hours
- Travel along the route (if BeastDrive covers multiple locations) — transport and logistics support (fuel, food, accommodations if overnight) to be clarified
- Agreement on usage rights — who owns copyright, whether media can be used for event promotion, participant consent, etc.

Pay: ₹10,074.27 - ₹25,352.32 per month
