- Extensive experience with Oracle Service Cloud implementation, customization, and support.
- Strong proficiency in PHP,.NET, JavaScript.
- Good hands on experience with OSvC BUI as well as Agent Desktop
- Experience in developing Custom Scripts, Custom Processes (Event Handlers), workflows, business rules, and integrations with OSvC.
- Expertise in using REST APIs for integration with external systems
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML and CSS used in OSvC Customer Portal
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Familiarity with Oracle Service Cloud modules such as Knowledge Advanced, Guided Assist, and case routing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
