**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, or a related field

**Salary**: 35-60k

**Working Days** - 6 Days a week.

**Timing** - 9.30 am - 6 pm

**Experience & Skills**:

- 3-5 years of experience in retail buying (majorly in women's western wear)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Assortment Planning
- Stock Replenishment and Range Planning
- Merchandising Planning
- Sampling & Production coordination with factories.
- Efficient In time deliveries skills
- Proficiency in sourcing vendors

**Responsibilities**:

- Source western wear categories and get the merchandise developed from the vendors
- Plan, understand and execute the vision for each merchandise category, season, and trend as per the budget.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product offerings.
- Attend trade shows and market events to find new vendors and products.
- Find new vendors and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Visit and Coordinate with factories for sampling and production.
- Review sales reports
- Work with the accounting department to stay within budget when placing orders.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder merchandise as needed to avoid stock-outs.
- Resolve any issues that arise with vendors or products.
- Handle all aspects of the ordering process, from creating purchase orders to following up on shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchases.
