**Responsibilities**:
- Welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Direct clients to the appropriate department or staff member as needed.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Assist clients with completing forms and paperwork as necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Keep records of visitor traffic and appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Adhere to security protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Handle any issues or concerns raised by clients professionally and efficiently.
**Requirements**:
Preferred Female
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
