**Roles and Responsibilities**
1. The core function of a TLG Instructor-Lobby Staff is to ensure we, as an organization, teach the best classes. Therefore you must be passionate about fitness and exercise and love working with kids.
2. A cornerstone at TLG is communication. Our TLG Instructor-Lobby Staff are expected to communicate effectively and passionately not just with kids but with parents as well.
3. You will be responsible for assisting with the daily phone calls; marketing, “no-show,” trial, reminder, make-up, etc. You will also be responsible for executing marketing and promotion efforts as determined by the Management.
4. Our Little Gym environment is clean, safe and child friendly, TLG Instructor-Lobby Staff will oversee regular maintenance checks and report any unsafe equipment or materials to Centre Manager and Take appropriate action to correct any problems.
5. You will also be responsible in making sure that the safety guidelines are met and maintained, creating a safe environment for the Team and customers.
6. This role overall will need to be driven by an individual who is extremely passionate about child development, fitness and lots of fun with which we bring the product to our customers.

Proven performance and achievement through experience in teaching children and adults in a related field is always a plus. Background or training in any of the following is ideal—
