Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lego Instructor located in Gurgaon. The Lego Instructor will facilitate engaging and educational Lego activities, design and implement lesson plans, and foster a fun and supportive environment. Day-to-day tasks include organizing Lego workshops, guiding children through building projects, and encouraging creativity and problem-solving skills. The instructor will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and orderly classroom, assessing the progress of students, and collaborating with other staff members to enhance the overall program experience.

Qualifications

- Experience in conducting workshops and developing lesson plans
- Skills in creativity, problem-solving, and child engagement
- Ability to maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in early childhood education or related fields is a plus
- Passion for working with children and fostering their growth and development
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred
