**Position Purpose**:
This position is part of the IT-Risk & Cyber Security team, which is serving all entities of the BNPP Group in Germany and Austria.

The missions of the IT-Continuity and Business Continuity Professional, in accordance with the defined policy defined, are to assure adequate IT-Continuity and Business Continuity measures are in place to be prepared for a crisis/disaster.

The main scenarios are unavailability of building, unavailability of staff, unavailability of IT and unavailability of an essential service provider.

For all these scenarios, a Business Continuity (BC) Plan must be maintained and tested. This must be in accordance with the needs of the Business, which are expressed in the Business Impact Analysis interviews.

Besides Crisis Management, documentation must be maintained and periodically tested. Close cooperation is necessary with the supporting IT teams locally as well as centrally.

**Responsibilities**

**Direct Responsibilities**:
Business Continuity Management (BCM) responsibilities and activities:

- Conduct Business Impact Analysis interviews
- Maintain Business Continuity documentation such as BC-Plans, Crisis Management plan, risk assessments
- Maintain emergency notification information via the tool Everbridge
- Prepare, organize and document various tests, e.g. BC User Tests, notification tests, Crisis Management Team exercises
- Support Business projects to incorporate BC needs
- Assure compliance of the BC framework with BNPP group policies
- Performs 1st level analysis of BCM controls and assesses the related impacts; supports 2nd level controls and provides reports to local ORC
- Maintain dashboards and control sheets
- Due diligence actions with essential service providers to assure they have an operational BCP
- Prepare and conduct user trainings and awareness actions

IT Continuity Management (ICM) responsibilities and activities:
Set up, coordinate and monitor the IT continuity framework for IT assets managed by his entity. He must notably:

- Coordinate and organize IT Continuity Steering Committees (at least twice per year and served entity)
- Gather the IT continuity needs in coordination with the Business Continuity Officer(s)
- Consolidate and maintain the list of IT assets of the entity
- Deploy and maintain the appropriate IT continuity framework for existing IT assets (portfolio) and projects
- Ensure compliance with IT continuity requirements
- Ensures IC plan is maintained and kept up to date in accordance with group requirements
- Ensures disaster recovery tests (including live play) are conducted in accordance with group requirements
