REPORTING DUTIES OF THE SUPERVISOR:
1. Write and maintain all the room details for every single room in an excel sheet Check all the details and write a report on it.

2. Plumbing related problems and electrical problems should be checked, reported and solved accordingly.

3. Check all the electrical items like fan, AC, lights, fridge, TV, Electric Kettle and bathroom exhaust fan and write a report on it.

4. Check through all the items and solve any type of customer queries instantly *NO PENDING WORK SHOULD BE THERE*

5. Maintain an inventory on i) Linen, ii) Chemicals, iii) Pesticides iv) Housekeeping Equipment

6. Maintain a Laundry register positively, reconcile the laundry bill and send it to Accounts department in Kolkata.

7. A record of Housekeeping equipment should be maintained regularly as such: Opening Stock xxx

Less: Consumption xxx

Closing Stock xxx

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
