Import Export Executive

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Documentation Management**:

- Handle all pre and post-shipment documentation, including High Seas Sales agreements.
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of import documents.
- Ensure all documentation complies with import regulations and standards.
- Responsible for the execution of import documentation requirements for shipments, including Letter of Credit shipments, commercial invoices, etc.
- Perform data entry for all shipments, ensuring accuracy in documentation, invoices, prices, quantities, and other relevant details.

**2. Coordination & Communication**:

- Coordinate with various departments and external agencies such as Customs House Agents (CHA), shipping lines, Container Freight Stations (CFS), transporters, marketing, and accounts to streamline the import process.
- Maintain effective communication with vendors and customers for shipment follow-up and status updates.
- Follow up with shipping lines for consignment status and CHA for clearing goods status.
- Check charges levied by banks, CONCOR, shipping lines, etc.

**3. Duty, Customs, and Tax Management**:

- Oversee duty calculations and customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle all duty, customs, forex, and tax-related functions.
- Check for any discrepancies in the documents, invoices, prices, quantities, etc.
- Ensure that all documentation meets import regulations
- Creating strategic plans for carrier contract negotiations, shipment order handling, and transportation network order execution and monitoring.
- Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports / imports.
- Responsible for maintaining a record of all outstanding purchase orders with external vendors.

**4. Logistics & Transportation**:

- Arrange transportation and forwarding services to ensure timely delivery of materials as per schedule.
- Monitor and track consignment status with shipping lines and CHA. Follow up with banks as to what’s status of limit/negotiable instruments (lc/buyers cr etc.)
- Checking charges levied by bank, concor, shipping line etc.
- Customer follow up & Shipment follow up.
- Customs clearance and co-ordination with CHA
- Office job only. Travelling not required.

**5. Data Management**:

- Maintain a record of all outstanding purchase orders with external vendors.

**6. Apart from EXIM profile, if there are other tasks that also has to be handled.**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Import Export Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in EXIM management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data entry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
