**DUTIES**
- Understanding the job requirements and sourcing relevant resumes.
- Able to handle the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Looking for recruiters who are passionate to interact with people.
- All other duties as assigned
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Looking for a **2+ years’ experience in US IT Recruitment.**:
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**:
- Should have knowledge in using job boards like CareerBuilder, **Dice**, Monster, and **LinkedIn **etc.
- Understanding of various visa status and Tax Terms (C2C, C2H, W2, 1099).
**SKILLS**
- Must be process oriented
- **Strong verbal and written communication skills**:
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with competing priorities
- Must possess excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional follow-up skills
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little or no supervision
- Demonstrate a high level of honesty and integrity
