We are seeking an experienced IT Purchase Executive to join our procurement team at TBot Systems. As an IT Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring IT-related products and services for our clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Source and identify potential suppliers/vendors for IT-related products and services, including hardware, software, networking equipment, and related accessories.

2. Evaluate and negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers/vendors to ensure best value for TBot Systems and its clients.

3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, technical teams, and end-users, to understand their IT procurement requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

4. Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies in the IT procurement space.

5. Maintain accurate records of supplier information, negotiated agreements, pricing, and other relevant details in the procurement management system.

6. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from issuing purchase orders to supplier follow-up, order tracking, and resolving any delivery or quality-related issues.

7. Monitor supplier performance, including timely delivery, quality compliance, and adherence to agreed-upon terms and conditions.

8. Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely payment processing for invoices and purchase orders.

9. Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and regularly engage in supplier relationship management to foster long-term partnerships and secure favorable terms for TBot Systems.

10. Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical practices related to procurement, ensuring full adherence to relevant policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience as an IT Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role, preferably in the IT industry.

3. Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and emerging technologies.

4. Demonstrated negotiation and vendor management skills, with a track record of achieving cost savings and value optimization.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

6. Proficient in using procurement management systems and tools.

7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

8. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

9. Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical practices in procurement.

10. Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management are an advantage.
