**Junior Counsellor (Sales)**

As an academic counsellor, your primary responsibility is to assist students in achieving their academic and personal goals by providing guidance, support, and resources. You will work closely with students to help them make informed decisions about their educational paths and ensure they have the tools they need to succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cold Calling and converting into sales.
- Follow-up of leads ensuring the admissions into the Institute to meet expectations as per plan.
- Strategically follow up with inquiries to convert them into admissions.
- Acting as a first point of contact for Admissions, from enquiry through to enrolment.
- Welcome and assist walk-in students, providing detailed information about various courses.
- Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions.
- Supporting and guiding the students throughout their admission process by taking their queries.
- Maintaining regular communication with students, parents for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems if any.
- Documenting and responsible for the visit management, enrolment, recording of accurate information.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any stream.
- Good communication skills - written and verbal skills(Gujarati also preferred).
- Proficient in Computer skills such as - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiastic, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Attention to details
- Keen to learn new skills within the team.
- Freshers & Experienced both can apply.

**Timings - **10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Mon-Sat)
