**Job Overview**:
Network cabling, CCTV cabling and connections, Access control device, AV systems experience if there is an added advantage.

**Job Summary**:
Install, test and maintain network cabling infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient data transmission and also with voice cabling infrastructure for telephone and communication systems also configure and maintain Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems for surveillance and security also with configuring and maintain audio-visual equipment and systems for conferencing, presentations, and events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and terminate Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, and fiber optic cables.
- Conduct site surveys to determine cabling requirements.
- Test and certify cable installations using Fluke or similar testing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair network cabling issues.
- Document cabling infrastructure and maintain records.
- Collaborate with network administrators to ensure seamless network connectivity.
- Install and terminate voice-grade cables (e.g., Cat3).
- Troubleshoot voice cabling issues.
- Install CCTV cameras, monitors, and recording devices.
- Configure camera settings and video management software.
- Conduct site surveys to determine CCTV system requirements.
- Troubleshoot CCTV system issues.
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with required team to monitor and respond if any issues.
- Install and configure projectors, displays, sound systems, and conferencing equipment.
- Conduct site surveys to determine AV system requirements.
- Troubleshoot AV system issues.
- Configure and operate AV control systems.

**Key Skills**:

- Ensure seamless integration with other systems (e.g., network, voice).
- Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, BICSI).
- Strong understanding of cabling standards and best practices.
- Physical ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in related stream.
