**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and coordinate MEP models (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Plumbing) using Revit.
- Prepare 3D models, layouts, construction drawings (Revit, AutoCAD).
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Lead interdisciplinary checks and coordinate with civil, structural, and piping teams.
- Mentor junior designers and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Prepare reports, quantity take-offs, and material requisitions.
- Manage BIM360/ACC platform models and documentation.

**Required Skills**:

- B.Tech in Engineering with strong Revit and Navisworks expertise.
- Proficient in UAE MEP design standards and international codes.
- Strong understanding of BIM coordination and model federation.
- Experience in lighting layout design and RCP coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in BIM clash resolution workflows and reporting.
- Familiar with feasibility studies, specs, and BOQ documentation.
