- balance of individual work within a highly collaborative team. You will be working directly with
- vendors to maintain and grow existing relationships and will identify expansion opportunities.

- connect with their Community.This App is powered by the most Comprehensive SaaS with ERP
- and Access Management.ADDA's vast product Suite includes Private Social Network,
- Helpdesk, Accounting, Facility Booking, Visitor Management, Community Commerce, Service
- Marketplace, etc.
- DISCOVER is ADDA's exclusive marketplace for residents to find the trusted services on the
- ADDA App to meet their day to day home needs. DISCOVER is currently accessible to ADDA
- users in Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai and Pune.

qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA preferably in Marketing, Operations or relevant fields.
- 6 months experience of working in a marketplace or aggregator company in vendor
- management / operations.
- Experience working closely with other functions like Marketing, Verification,
- Documentation and Product.
- Excellent communication skills, a great listener.
- Experience working with customer communication tools like Zoho or Hubspot.

responsibilities
- Onboarding new vendors and training their staff on how to use the admin panel
- effectively.
- Identifying opportunities for product marketing,process improvement and automation.
- Advising our vendors on how to improve their performance and increase their return on
- investment.
- Clearly communicating the benefits of new product features and ensuring vendors
- promptly adopt them.
- Quickly identifying gaps in our product that impact the success of our vendors.
- Working closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure issues are resolved.
- Proactively talking with customers to ensure that they get the most value out of our
- service.
- Developing and nurturing customers into advocates to increase brand awareness and
- build a sense of community.
- Analyzing data and results to guide the success of verticals.
