**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:
As an **Accounts Executive** with **three years of experience in a hospital setting**, the roles & responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:

- **Financial Management**: Managing financial transactions, records, and reports, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Assisting in the preparation and management of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support financial planning and decision-making.
- **Financial Reporting**: Preparing timely and accurate financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash-flow statements, in compliance with accounting standards and hospital policies.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable Management**: Managing accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, and collection activities, to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- **Tax Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations, including timely filing of tax returns, maintaining tax records, and addressing tax-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- **Audit and Compliance**:Collaborating with internal and external auditors, addressing audit findings, and implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with internal controls, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support decision-making, such as financial performance analysis, cost analysis, and financial projections.
- **Process Improvement**: Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations, such as streamlining financial processes, automating manual tasks, and improving data accuracy.
- **Financial System Management**: Managing financial systems, software, and tools, including maintaining chart of accounts, setting up financial controls, and ensuring data integrity in financial systems.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborating with other departments or team members, such as finance, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless financial operations, provide financial insights, and support cross-functional projects or initiatives.
- **Training and Mentoring**: Providing training and mentoring to junior staff or new hires on financial processes, policies and systems.
- **Compliance with Policies and Procedures**:Adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and ethical standards related to financial management, data privacy, and confidentiality.

Overall, the accounts team members shall closely follow the hospital's financial policies, comply with regulatory requirements, and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and support the hospital's financial goals.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
