Job Title: Computer Operator cum Manager

Location: Chinchwad, Pune

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including bookkeeping and maintaining UpToDate office records.
- Manage and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and security of information
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Supervision of day to day office tasks and reporting at the end of the day
- Manage and coordinate projects and tasks assigned to office staff
- Preparation necessary monthly reports for senior management
- Train and supervise office staff
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of experience in office management
- Fluent in computer operations and Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures is a plus
