Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including bookkeeping and maintaining UpToDate office records.
- Efficiently operate and complete daily tasks on computer software
- Supervision of day to day office tasks and reporting at the end of the day
- Manage Daily customers and cash transactions.
- Preparation necessary monthly reports for senior management
- Train and supervise office staff
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of experience in office management
- Fluent in computer operations, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
