**Designation**: Customer Support Voice Executive
**Qualification**: Graduate
**Location**: Hebbal, Bangalore
**Salary : 28k - 33k**
**Experience : Minimum 18 months experience ( 6 Months Banking Experience is Mandatory).**
**Language**:
**English and Tamil Or**
**Malayalam or Hindi**
Six days working with rotational week off
**Immediate joiners preferable**
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1)**Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
**2)**Follow up to ensure resolution.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
**3)**Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
**4)**Manage large inbound calls.
**5)**Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
**6)**Take an extra mile to engage customers.
**7)**Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
**8)**Ability to multitask, prioritizes, and manages time effectively.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
