Accounts Executive

As an Accounts Executive - Fresher, you will be an integral part of our finance team, primarily focusing on the Accounts Payable function. You will gain hands-on experience in managing and processing company expenses and vendor payments. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Processing Invoices: Receiving and accurately recording vendor invoices in our accounting system.
Matching invoices with purchase orders (POs) and goods received notes (GRNs) to ensure accuracy and proper authorization.
Verifying invoice details, including vendor information, amounts, dates, and payment terms.
2. Payment Processing:Preparing payment proposals based on due dates and payment terms.
Assisting in the execution of payments through various methods (e.g., bank transfers, cheques).
3. Maintaining accurate records of payments made and ensuring proper documentation.
Supporting the reconciliation of vendor statements to ensure accuracy of outstanding balances.
Record Keeping and Documentation:Maintaining organized and well-documented records of all payable transactions, invoices, and supporting documents (both physical and electronic).
Assisting in the preparation of periodic reports related to accounts payable.
Compliance and Internal Controls:Adhering to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable.
Understanding and supporting internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data.
