**B. JOB OBJECTIVES**:
Production Operator is responsible for ensuring smooth operations in the production of ice cream/bakery, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety guidelines. This role requires hands-on experience in the ice cream industry (FMCG), focusing on efficiency, quality, and compliance.

**C. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Production**: Operate, monitor, and ensure the smooth functioning of machinery used in ice cream production.
- **Machine Operation & Maintenance**: Perform routine checks and maintenance of production machinery. Report issues promptly to the Maintenance Department.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following hygiene and safety protocols.
- **Team Coordination**: Work with HR to ensure manpower availability and align work schedules to meet production targets.
- **Record Maintenance**: Maintain accurate records of production activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve minor technical issues to avoid production delays.

**D. KEY RESULT AREAS (KRAs)**:

- Consistent production of high-quality ice cream products.
- Minimal downtime due to machinery or raw material issues.
- Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
- Effective collaboration with internal teams for seamless operations.

**E. KEY INTERFACES**:
**Internal Interfaces**:

- **QA/QC/Regulatory Department**: Monitor and inspect the production process to ensure the finished product meets quality standards. Ensure following GMP regulations.
- **Maintenance Department**: Coordinate routine maintenance and report machinery issues for timely resolution.
- **HR Department**: Work with Production head and HR to ensure adequate manpower availability and adherence to safety guidelines.

**External Interfaces**:

- Raw material suppliers (indirectly through the procurement team).

**F. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong understanding of ice cream production processes and machinery.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

**G. EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent with knowledge of ice cream processing machinery.
- ITI Certification for Electrical or Fitter specification.0
- Min. 1 Yr of Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining production machinery in the ice creaM/FMCG industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
