**About the Role**:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive **Analytical Chemist** to join our Chemical Plant operations team. The role shall encompass ensuring product quality, process compliance, and regulatory standards through laboratory analysis using **advanced analytical techniques**. The role involves monitoring raw materials, intermediates, and final products, supporting process team, and providing analytical data to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and certify raw material quality, in-process samples, and finished product quality using techniques such as GC, HPLC, titrations, etc.
- Ensure all products meet required specifications and process standards
- Assist in identifying impurities, by-products, or deviations in production batches
- Provide analytical support to production team for process monitoring and troubleshooting
- Develop new analytical methods for process control and optimization when required
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, analytical data, and certificates of analysis
- Document and validate analytical methods in line with ISO/GLP/GMP standards
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Support audits (internal/external) by providing technical documentation and reports
- Follow laboratory safety procedures, including safe handling and disposal of chemicals
- Regularly calibrate and maintain analytical instruments to ensure accuracy

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry (preferred) or B.Sc. in Chemistry (mandatory)
- **M. Sc. with 1-2 years or B. Sc. with 2-3 years** of relevant/chemical industrial experience in quality control, quality assurance, or analytical testing
- Strong knowledge of instrumental methods of analysis (HPLC, GC, UV, etc.)
- Familiarity with GMP/GLP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and updated with modern laboratory/plant management software tools
- Good documentation, report writing, and data interpretation skills
- Team collaboration and effective communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Time management and ability to work in shifts
- Adaptability to new technologies and digital tools
- Willingness to relocate across India, if required by the Organization.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
